By entering RefugeChat.com or using its chatrooms or services, you are consenting to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the RefugeChat.com chatrooms or website.
Chatrooms
The RefugeChat.com chatrooms are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis subject to the provisions contained herein for your private personal use only. Any other use or attempt to use RefugeCat.com for commercial purposes, promotion of products and services, or other such purposes, directly or indirectly, by you or by a third party is prohibited.
You may not:
- Use RefugeChat.com to transmit or distribute objectionable material. Objectional material refers to any "Information" (text, links, images, files or any other content) that is offensive, unlawful, racial, discriminating, harmful, threatening, defamatory or obscene.
- Transmit via RefugeChat.com any Information that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietry right.
- Transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional Information, or any other form of solicitation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, alter, reproduce or distribute RefugeChat.com or parts thereof.
- Disrupt the normal flow of Information on or through RefugeChat.com or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants.
- Impersonate any person, Refugechat.com Staff Member, Moderator or Administrator.
Information
RefugeChat.com is not obligated to actively monitor the Information users send on or through RefugeChat.com and is not responsible for any Information received on or through RefugeChat.com. Information received on RefugeChat.com may include inappropriate material. By entering RefugeChat.com you undertake full responsibility for any Information received. It is the sole responsibility of the user to take steps to ensure the security of their Information and/or computer system.
Certain Risks
You acknowledge that there are certain risks inherent to the use of RefugeChat.com. These include, but are not limited to, disclosure of confidential information (including personal details), the improper operation of RefugeChat.com (such as failing to function or to function correctly), and the risk that third parties will contact you or attempt to contact you as a result of your use of RefugeChat.com. IF YOU PUBLISH PERSONAL INFORMATION, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THIRD PARTIES COULD ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU. - Make improvements, corrections, adaptations, and/or any other change in RefugeChat.com or part thereof and/or to a revised or new Terms of Use.
- Change, limit, terminate or cease to provide at any time, temporarily or permanently, RefugeChat.com functionality or any part thereof, including but not limited to, to any chatroom, nickname or bot without notice, for any reason or no reason.
- Eject or terminate any user, participant, or staff member, temporarily or permanently, from RefugeChat.com without notice, for any reason or no reason.
